Background: In 2015, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles launched its 6th generation of vans. It is the latest model since the first van came out back 65 years ago.

The problem: Volkswagen’s vehicles are constantly updating, but their customers aren’t. After 15 years without updating their van, it was time to bring their users up to date.

The idea We sent an email to Volkswagen Commercial Vehicules’s customer database segmented by the generation of the van that the customers owned. By clicking the refresh button of their browser, the van updates to the 6th generation.
